Back on track!

Again, lol!

I also did weights on Tuesday, and jogged yesterday and today. I'm feeling much better already, and the cravings are really getting better.

I'm on Spring break next week and I've made a goal to exercise EVERY DAY for at least 30 minutes. I'm also hoping to get my daughter in the gym with me, too. 



  1. Wow. I read that last screenshot wrong and thought your CALORIE goal was 938. I was like how are you jogging and working out on just 938 calories a day! Good job on killing it!

  2. Glad to see your back on track Hollie. We need to roll with punches on our journey to lose weight. Good days and bad days.

    I feel it is super important not to be too hard on ourselves. Be in it to win it!

  3. I just found your blog Hollie. Good for you for getting back on track! I am just ending a five month plateau and my goal is to someday do weight lifting. I am correcting muscle imbalances first though but hope to start soon.
