November Weigh In

I'm both excited and nervous about November. Excited about new beginnings and another month of progress. Nervous because this will be the first month I've had to prepare and plan my food. I only have 2 more days of Personal Trainer Food. Then it's back to meal prep. It's ok. I know I've re-trained my eating habits for the better.

Hopefully I will be financially set to cotinie Personal Trainer Food after the new year. I love the convenience and I've seen awesome results.

Can you see the inches lost? This is just for October!

Here are my overall results from September until now...

I was so proud! Then I stepped on the scale...

Really? Yes. Imagine my surprise.

But not really. I gave up on scale progress a few weeks ago. Concentrated  on my pants and clothes. And also how amazing I felt.

And I'm trying to not let this mess with my head. Onward!

My challenges for November include no junk/cheats until Nov. 21 (daughters bday), no weighing, and 30 for 30 (30 min of exercise daily for 30 days).

Let's do this!

  1. You can definitely see the progress, Hollie. I've done one month of PTF and lost 8 pounds. You're an inspiration (literally).

  2. Wow, those pictures don't lie!!! Great progress!

  3. May I say you look friggin amazing at 264/265, and by now you've probably gone down since this post but wow I wish I could look that good where I am at now. Just started getting into strength training and I see it really tightens you up but my results with it so far are scarce. But wow you really look way less than what you are in the pics like I was thinking almost close to 200 if not under. I am 249 right now and do not look anything close to that. It could be because of height too, I am really short but I think its probably because I just started really going hard in the gym. Thanks for this, you have really motivated me to keep going. Your body looks amazing already! Don't let anybody ever tell you different.

  4. Great post. I love how you showed the changes of your body, you're such an inspiration to me. Thank you! - Merrie K. @ www.PetiteCareerGirl.com

  5. Hi
great change. You are so hard worker. I love your all changing. thanks. weight loss first

  6. Hollie,

First of all you look great! I admire how you were honest about what you ate and how you felt after you did. I can also appreciate that fact that you were honest about the few cheats with food that you had. What would you suggest for a busy mom who has no time for the gym but is motivated to lose the weight. I know one thing that I have always told myself and that is I do want to lose the weight but I am not looking to LOOK like anyone else. This weight lose will be strictly for me and no one else. I want to lose weight until I am happy with the way I look. I have been voluptuous my whole life and not to sat that U=I have gotten used to it but I do want to totally get rid of everything. I am not looking to be some beach model I just want to feel beautiful again for me.
