Day 15: Wednesday Weigh-in

I'm happy with that :)

So glad to be back in the 250's... Still going strong. One more week of the fast. But I'm not really going to change much as far as eating when it's over. I'll add fish and maybe lean chicken and turkey. I will also go back to protein shakes. And coffee! 

I've been doing more research on Paleo and will probably eat similar to that while still juicing 1-2 times each day. My focus will be on nutrition, I do know that.

  3. Hollie, I try to stick to paleo most of the time, okay part of the time. I am not super rigid but I do try to leave out the breads and grains except when I am absolutely craving a potato or something.

  5. Hi! Great to see such positive results. Makes me feel better about my chances to finish my weight loss journey by the end of February. I have 10kg (22 lbs) to go and I made a commitment to do it by the end of next month! I lost 132 already over the course of the last one and a half years and I feel great!   6. Way to go, Hollie! I've been a reader for quite a while and I've been rooting for you. I don't follow the Paleo lifestyle, but I do try to utilize their basic principles--lean proteins, lots of vegetables and fruit, and (since I couldn't give them up altogether) I try to make my whole grains a side. It makes me feel great, keeps me full, and helps with sugar cravings! Good luck!
