No longer chasing skinny… I'm transforming myself mentally, spiritually, and physically. I'm challenging myself to finally go beyond a number on the scale.
Congratulations on your weight loss! I am currently trying to lose weight, but it is just so hard because I am in school and then I have other activities to do. At the end of the day, I am just so tired and I just want to sleep. Is ten minutes a day of exercise okay?
