Too tired to think...

Tonight I am so tired. I am just going to go to bed so I will stop thinking negative thoughts. I am wondering if I am every going to have time enough to really THINK about a real plan of action, let alone carry it out. I should have done it the day after Christmas, which is the last lazy day I've had. But I didn't, and now life is just crazy again.

And now I am stressed about work. Ugh.

I can do this, I know I can.

I will keep repeating this until I believe it.

  3. I am an over thinker as well. i lay in bed and write lists and it just seems like my brain never wants to shut off. LOL

  5. I know for me, being too tired totally affects my ability to make healthy choices. I hope you can get some rest, and feel spunkier, determined and encouraged to go after your dreams. I agree with you.. yes you CAN do this.


  6. Keep motivated - we all have those down days but there's no need to pressure yourself, once you're in a good state of mind you'll be fine! I know you can do it!

  9. Hollie, I don't know why I just googled weight loss blogs. I've never done that before. I too am on a quest for weightloss. I too am a single mom, burning the candle at both ends, and working hard to make a differnece in my life, my daughter's life and others. It's exhausting. It's just too hard to follow a traditional program. I hope I am not overstepping my bounds by telling you that with the same goals for 2012 as you, I just started a program that answered all of those problems. I have lost almost 5 lbs in 5 days, I feel great, it's easy, all natural and I feel great. I am not a salesperson, but if you would like to learn more, or anyone out there, feel free to email me.   11. One of the main reason to increase the weight is to have the negative thoughts too. Today your blog proves that to get the good health you should have good thinking as well.
